Kazakhstan’s women leaders gather to redefine success in industry and politics
The 'Aiel Ruḥy – The Force Driving Success' event took place in Jezkazgan, organized by Amanat’s Women’s Wing. Around 200 women attended, including workers, activists, and local officials. The main event focused on women’s roles in industry, leadership, and public life. The event brought together leading figures to discuss women’s contributions to society. Zina Akilbekova, Deputy Akim of the region, stressed the importance of women in the industrial sector. Sholpan Karinova, Secretary of Amanat and Chair of its Women’s Wing, spoke about the increasing responsibilities women hold in politics and the economy. The forum highlighted ongoing efforts to elevate women’s roles in public and professional life. New projects and training programs were introduced to further support female leadership. The event concluded with recognition for the contributions of participating women.
