Kazrost Engineering launches labour assembly to boost workplace unity and growth
A ceremonial event at Kazrost Engineering marked the launch of a labour assembly, celebrating the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s Assembly of People (ANK) and the Year of Skilled Professions. The occasion also saw the signing of a cooperation agreement between the company and the Aktobe Regional ANK, reinforcing ties between business and regional governance.
The event took place at Kazrost Engineering’s headquarters in Kökşetau, where the company has operated since 2019 as a leading private manufacturer of tractors and combines. Before the ceremony, attendees—including members of the Akmola Regional ANK and Kökşetau City Administration—toured the production workshops to observe operations firsthand.
The new labour assembly at Kazrost Engineering will function as a platform to enhance workplace unity and professional development. The signed memorandum with the Aktobe Regional ANK further formalises collaboration between the company and regional authorities, building on the initiatives launched during the ANK’s anniversary year.
