Khabarovsk Krai Residents Face Heating Issues as Season Begins
Residents in several settlements across Khabarovsk Krai are facing heating issues during the ongoing heating season. Governor Dmitry Demeshin has ordered officials to swiftly address these problems, affecting areas such as Khabarovsk, Zavety Ilicha, Elban, Nikolaevsk-on-Amur, Chegdomyn, and Amursk.
The heating season has begun in all municipalities of Khabarovsk Krai. However, some residents are still experiencing cold radiators. Authorities will conduct inspections of heating systems and the performance of management companies to identify and resolve the issues.
Residents are advised to first contact their property management company if they encounter heating problems. If no action is taken, they can reach out to the regional state oversight and licensing directorate. A hotline, +7 (4212) 40-23-40, is available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., excluding a break from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
Governor Demeshin's order aims to ensure all residents in the affected settlements have access to adequate heating during the cold fall season. Residents are urged to report any heating failures to the relevant authorities for prompt resolution.
