A knife attack outside a bar in Karlsruhe has left a 26-year-old man injured. Police have arrested one suspect, but a second attacker remains at large and unidentified. The incident took place on Saturday evening.
The attack unfolded near a bar when two men targeted the victim. The 23-year-old suspect now in custody faces charges of dangerous bodily harm. His accomplice fled the scene and has not yet been identified.
The 26-year-old victim suffered a stab wound near his neck and another to his hand. Doctors treated him as an outpatient, and his injuries were not life-threatening. Authorities noted that the outcome could have been far worse.
The arrested suspect is being held in pretrial detention while investigations continue. Police are still searching for the second attacker, whose identity remains unknown. The victim received medical care and was released after treatment.
