Komi Job Fair Opens New Doors for Workers with Disabilities

A job fair for people with disabilities took place in Syktyvkar, organized by the Komi branch of Russia’s Rabota Rossii employment center. The event brought together over 40 job seekers and 12 employers offering more than 30 accessible vacancies. Indeed, officials used the occasion to push for greater workplace inclusion across the region. The fair aimed to connect candidates with health limitations to suitable roles.
