Krasnodar Civic Chamber unites officials and activists after Black Sea oil spill

A plenary session of the Krasnodar Region Civic Chamber took place in Krasnodar this week. Governor Veniamin Kondratyev attended the session alongside Legislative Assembly Speaker Yury Burlachko.
