Krasnodar Territory Upgrades School Bus Fleet for Safer Student Journeys
Krasnodar Territory has completed a significant upgrade to its school bus fleet, with 35 new PAZ-brand buses now in service. This move aims to enhance safety and convenience for students across 15 municipalities. The region boasts one of Russia's largest school bus fleets, with approximately 1,350 vehicles.
The renewal comes as part of the regional 'Education Development' program, backed by federal government support and private sponsors. Over the past five years, more than half of the fleet has been replaced. The new buses, all Russian-made, come equipped with tachographs and domestic navigation systems. This upgrade promises safer and more comfortable journeys for students, along with expanded routes and increased service frequency.
The upgrade to Krasnodar's school bus fleet reflects a commitment to improving transportation for the region's students. With around 1,350 vehicles now in service, the region continues to maintain one of Russia's largest school bus fleets.
