Krasnoyarsk restaurateur faces bankruptcy over 21M ruble debt to Sberbank
Aleksandr Mitrakov, a Krasnoyarsk restaurateur and founder of the 0.75 Group, is facing bankruptcy proceedings. Sberbank filed a petition on 16 January 2026, claiming he defaulted on loans totalling over 21 million rubles. The case has since been moved to the Moscow Arbitration Court for further review. Born and raised in Krasnoyarsk, Mitrakov initially studied IT at an aerospace university. He later expanded his skills at Skolkovo before entering the hospitality industry. His first venture, the restaurant Mike&Molly, opened in Krasnoyarsk in 2012. Four years later, he launched 0.75 Please, a wine-focused restaurant in the same city.
The financial troubles stem from two loans issued to Sky LLC, for which Mitrakov acted as guarantor. After failing to meet repayment obligations, Sberbank pursued legal action. The total debt now stands at 21.19 million rubles in principal, with an additional 160,700 rubles in penalties. The Arbitration Court confirmed the case would be handled in Moscow due to jurisdictional rules. While Mitrakov's 0.75 Group currently operates only *Mike&Molly* and *0.75 Please* in Krasnoyarsk, it has previously managed projects in other Russian cities.
The bankruptcy proceedings will now proceed under the Moscow Arbitration Court's jurisdiction. If declared bankrupt, Mitrakov could face asset liquidation to cover the outstanding debt. The outcome will determine the future of his business ventures in Krasnoyarsk and beyond.
