KSO Assam Marks 74th Foundation Day With Unity and Cultural Celebrations Across State
The Kuki Students' Organisation (KSO) USA marked its 74th Foundation Day with celebrations across the state, including Dima Hasao, Karbi Anglong, Cachar, and Guwahati. The event was led by the organisation's President, Shri David Changsan, and witnessed by Vice President Shri John Thangew, who lauded KSO USA's work in promoting education and preserving cultural identity.
In Karbi Anglong, a district-level function was held under the leadership of Vice President Shri John Thangew. He commended KSO USA's efforts in education and cultural preservation. Meanwhile, celebrations in Dima Hasao featured flag hoisting, cultural performances, and speeches by President Shri David Changsan and Legal Secretary Shri Levis Haolai. The event reaffirmed the strength and unity of the Kuki student fraternity and ended with a pledge to uphold KSO's motto 'Learn, Unite & Serve'.
In Cachar and Guwahati, celebrations included community programmes, fellowships, and cultural gatherings. These events commemorated 74 years of service and solidarity, highlighting the organisation's commitment to its members and the wider community.
