KSV Siemens elects new board and honors decades of volunteer dedication
The company sports club KSV Siemens held its annual general meeting at the Sportanlage, Bad Alte Donau. Members gathered to review the past year, elect new board members, and celebrate long-serving volunteers. The event also marked Lord Mayor Alexander Putz's final official appearance with the group.
Chairman Markus Nagelmüller opened the meeting by welcoming Lord Mayor Alexander Putz, Deputy Mayor Dr. Thomas Haslinger, and other officials. The mayor then addressed the assembly, offering words of greeting and a farewell speech.
Sports Director Florian Margezeder reviewed the club's activities over the past year. Deputy Chairman Marc Bovensiepen also presented a report on the Councilors' Tournament. Following this, Treasurer Holger Braune outlined the club's financial status, which Auditor Brigitte Landersdorfer confirmed as flawless. The meeting then moved to elections. Nagelmüller was re-elected as chairman, while Marc Bovensiepen retained his position as deputy chairman. Dominik Rathmann took over as treasurer, replacing the long-serving Holger Braune, who stepped down alongside secretary Sonja Bertermann—both were honoured for their dedication. Brigitte Landersdorfer was re-elected as auditor, and Elvira Oberhauser and Kristina Wolf were chosen as the new secretaries. Marvin Krieger became the social events coordinator, with Florian Margezeder and Benedikt Neumeier appointed as sports directors. The club also recognised members for their loyalty, including Franz Weber, who celebrated 50 years of membership. Birthdays were marked for Herbert Grammetbauer, Klaus Pauli, and Maria Gobmeier. Finally, the executive board was formally discharged from liability before the new team took office.
The meeting concluded with a new board in place and tributes paid to outgoing members. Lord Mayor Alexander Putz's long-standing association with the club was acknowledged as he made his last official appearance. The event also highlighted the club's financial stability and the continued commitment of its volunteers.
