Kuban’s future leaders explore industry through hands-on internships

Finalists of the Heroes of Kuban career program have been gaining valuable experience through internships at regional government agencies and municipalities. Recently, one participant visited the Krasnodar Metal Structures Plant as part of their internship, which took place between June and September 2023.

The Ministry of Industry has arranged a special program for the finalists, including working meetings with agency leaders and visits to industrial facilities. Governor Veniamin Kondratyev highlighted the importance of participants familiarizing themselves with the work of the Department of Business Development and Foreign Economic Activity, as well as the Ministry of Industry. At the Department of Business Development, participants are learning about the operations of the territory’s support funds and the tools of the Investment Promotion Agency.

The Heroes of Kuban program is providing finalists with practical experience and insights into the region's industries and economic development efforts. The internships, which include visits to facilities like the Krasnodar Metal Structures Plant, are helping participants understand the region's business landscape and prepare for their future careers.
