Kuwait and Italy Sign Landmark Defence Cooperation Agreement in Rome
Kuwait and Italy have strengthened their military ties after signing a new defence cooperation agreement. Sheikh Abdullah Al-Sabah met with his Italian counterpart, Guido Crosetto, at the Italian Ministry of Defence headquarters. The two ministers discussed ways to deepen their strategic defence relationship. Topics included joint military training, expertise sharing, and improved coordination between their armed forces.
The talks also covered broader regional and international security challenges. Both sides reviewed efforts to maintain stability and explored opportunities for closer collaboration.
