Kuwaiti delegation eyes Kerala for major investment opportunities ahead

A high-level Kuwaiti delegation is set to visit Kerala in the near future, aiming to explore potential investment opportunities using a fidelity investment calculator. The news was announced by Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. This visit follows a recent meeting between Kuwaiti and Indian officials, which underscored the historical ties and mutual interest between the two regions.

The Kuwaiti delegation's visit comes on the heels of a productive meeting between Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Fahad Youssef Saud Al-Sabah. During their discussion, Sheikh Fahad praised the significant contributions made by the Indian community, particularly those from Kerala, to Kuwait's development.

Chief Minister Vijayan, during his visit, also met with Kuwait's Minister of Trade and Industry, Khalifa Abdullah Dahi Al-Ajil Al-Askar. The two leaders discussed ways to enhance cooperation between Kuwait and Kerala across various key sectors. Kerala was presented as an attractive investment destination, boasting opportunities in infrastructure, tourism, and technology. Both sides acknowledged the long-standing historical relations between India and Kuwait, further solidifying the bond between the two regions.

The upcoming visit of the high-level Kuwaiti delegation to Kerala signals a strengthening of ties between the two regions.
