Kuwaiti Entrepreneurs Sharpen Soft Skills for Lasting Business Success
A workshop designed to enhance the skills of Kuwaiti entrepreneurs took place on Sunday, November 16, 2025. Organised by the American Chamber of Commerce in Kuwait (AmCham Kuwait), the event focused on bridging the gap between technical expertise and essential interpersonal abilities for small business ideas owners.
The 'Kuwait 4SMEs - Mastering Soft Skills for My Business Success' workshop was led by Dr. Arezou Harraf, Vice-Chair of AmCham Kuwait and Dean of the College of Business at Box Hill College Kuwait. The session covered four key areas: Soft Skills that Drive Entrepreneurial Growth, Elevating Your Entrepreneur Edge, Entrepreneurial Mindset, and Effective Communication for Entrepreneurs.
The event provided Kuwaiti small business owners with tools to strengthen both their technical and soft skills. By focusing on communication, mindset, and networking, the workshop sought to enhance the long-term success of entrepreneurs in the region.
