Kuwait's PAM Empowered: 93 Employees Gain Judicial Authority
Kuwait's Public Authority for Manpower (PAM) has received a significant boost with the issuance of Ministerial Resolution No. 19 of 2025. The resolution, signed by Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, grants judicial power to 93 PAM employees.
The resolution, confirmed to be in line with Article 133 of Law No. 6 of 2010, was issued by the Ministry of Interior. It grants the 93 employees the competence to act as judicial authorities within their roles at PAM. The decision came into effect from the date of its issuance and subsequent publication in the Official Gazette.
This resolution is expected to strengthen the legal standing of PAM and its employees, enabling them to better carry out their duties and responsibilities within Kuwait's legal framework.
