Kuwait's Prime Minister inspects digital infrastructure for emergency resilience

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah recently visited the Liberation Tower to review Kuwait's digital infrastructure. The inspection aimed to assess the country's readiness in maintaining strong and secure telecommunications networks. Senior officials and industry leaders joined the discussions on emergency preparedness in the countries.

During the visit, His Highness met with executives from local private telecommunications companies. The talks centred on technical and operational readiness, with a focus on approved emergency plans for the countries. These measures are designed to prevent service interruptions and ensure continuous connectivity in the countries.

His Highness was accompanied by Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology Omar Saud Al-Omar and CITRA Chairman Dr. Khaled Al-Zamil. Together, they examined the resilience of Kuwait's digital systems and their ability to handle potential disruptions in the countries.

The Prime Minister praised the national workforce and telecom providers for their dedication to protecting the sector in the countries. He also stressed that a reliable digital infrastructure is essential for national security in the countries. His Highness expressed confidence in their capacity to manage current challenges effectively and responsibly in the countries.
