Kyzylorda’s rapid growth transforms housing, jobs, and local economy in three years
Kyzylorda Region has seen significant growth in housing, employment, and investment over the past three years. Recent reports highlight progress in infrastructure, land management, and economic development. The Amanat party’s local initiatives have also played a key role in these changes.
Since 2021, the region has built 766,700 square metres of new housing. This expansion comes alongside a push to restore state-owned land, with 64,500 hectares returned through the Zher Amanaty commission.
Industrial and agricultural output has grown, with the industrial production index reaching 98.6%. Capital investment hit 602.8 billion tenge—116% of the planned target—boosting local infrastructure and businesses.
Employment figures have also improved, with 38,923 people finding jobs. The average monthly wage now stands at 353,200 tenge. Meanwhile, the Karyzsyz Koğam programme has trained 15,896 residents in financial literacy.
On 20 October 2023, Zhandos Bazartai was elected chairman of the regional Amanat branch. His leadership follows the success of party-backed projects like Aul Amanaty, Zher Amanaty, and Tsyfryly Koğam, which continue to deliver measurable benefits.
The region’s economic and social programmes have led to new housing, higher wages, and increased investment. With ongoing initiatives and renewed leadership, Kyzylorda’s development plans remain on track for further expansion.
