Labinsk Bridge Reopens After Major Renovation, Strengthening Regional Links
A vital bridge connecting Krasnodar Region and Adygea, the Labinsk bridge, has reopened following a comprehensive renovation by JSC Mostovik. The project, initiated in response to local residents' requests, was completed ahead of schedule and at a cost of over 400 million rubles.
Originally built in 1989, the bridge was in dire need of a complete overhaul. The renovation saw the road surface fully resurfaced, new lighting installed, and all guardrails replaced. Only 13 of the original supports remained, these were reinforced and encased in concrete. The bridge features two access road sections, spanning over one kilometer in total, connecting Labinsk and the village of Volnoye across the Laba River. This renovation has significantly improved the bridge's safety and durability, ensuring it continues to serve as a vital link between the two regions and shortens the journey to the regional capital.
The reopened Labinsk bridge, a result of JSC Mostovik's renovation efforts, is now safer and more durable, benefiting local residents and travelers alike. The project's successful completion ahead of schedule demonstrates the company's commitment to quality and efficiency.
