Lawyer Nicolette Henson and Mayor Michael Galang Excel in PAF Reservist Training
Lawyer Nicolette Henson and Floridablanca Mayor Michael Galang have successfully completed the Philippine Air Force reservist training, earning the rank of sergeant. They were among 72 professionals from various fields who finished the BCMT Salimbay program from July 27 to October 11, 2025.
Henson and her Flight Echo teammates excelled during the Field Training Exercise (FTX), receiving citations for Best in Land Navigation and Map Reading, and Best in Team Building Exercises. Galang, the mayor of Floridablanca in Pampanga, expressed his honor and pride in becoming a part of the PAF Reserve Force. Henson, a lawyer and member of the Clark Development Corporation (CDC) Board of Directors, ranked eighth in her class with an average grade of 90.28 percent. The BCMT Salimbay course aims to instill discipline, leadership, and civic responsibility among reservists.
Henson and Galang's achievements highlight the success of the BCMT Salimbay program in developing reservists. Their completion of the course, along with their teammates' and classmates' accomplishments, demonstrates the value of the training in fostering capable and dedicated reservists for the Philippine Air Force.
