LBBW Immobilien Launches 'SHFT Berlin' Office Project in Friedrichshain
The 'SHFT Berlin' project at Modersohn-Brücke in Berlin-Friedrichshain is underway, with LBBW Immobilien Development GmbH as the responsible company. The project, formerly known as 'Revolution', plans a six-story office building with around 15,000 square meters of usable space.
The site for the development is approximately 3,000 square meters. LBBW Immobilien Development GmbH, the real estate arm of Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, is overseeing the project. Despite initial uncertainty about the company involved, sources have confirmed their role in the 'SHFT Berlin' project.
The planned office building will span six floors, offering a substantial 15,000 square meters of usable area. This significant development aims to contribute to the growing commercial landscape of Berlin-Friedrichshain.
