License Revoked: Driver Caught in Test, Suspected Drugged Driving

A breath test for alcohol was passed, but a drug test was refused. Further investigation revealed the driver was operating without a valid license, as it had been previously revoked. Authorities are also looking into the vehicle owner's role in allowing or arranging this unlicensed drive. A blood sample was taken at the city police station for evidence. The 32-year-old driver is under investigation for driving without a license and suspected drugged driving. The vehicle owner is also being probed for their involvement.
