Liz Yates Horton Named WISE Women's Business Center Entrepreneur of the Year

The WISE Women's Business Center, a driving force in Central New York's economy for nearly two decades, has named Liz Yates Horton, owner of Engage Therapy and Wellness, as its Entrepreneur of the Year.
