Local councils invite residents to discuss key neighborhood issues this week

This week, local district councils in the area will hold their meetings. Residents are invited to attend and participate in discussions on key local issues. The Westend/Bleichstraße District Council will meet on Wednesday, November 12, while the Kostheim District Council will follow on Thursday, November 13.

The Westend/Bleichstraße District Council will gather at 7:30 PM in the Georg-Buch-Haus event hall. Topics up for discussion include the renovation of Dotzheimer Straße’s road surface, adjusting street cleaning fees, and the current situation at Blücherspielplatz. Residents are encouraged to ask questions before the official agenda begins.

The Kostheim District Council will convene at 6:30 PM in the Kastel/Kostheim local administration building. Key agenda items include the redesign of Main Kilometer 0.0, updating the parking space bylaws, and residential development in the ‘Quartier am Bürgerhaus’ area. Both meetings offer residents the chance to engage with local decision-making processes.

These meetings provide an opportunity for residents to voice their concerns and suggestions. The Westend/Bleichstraße District Council will meet on Wednesday, followed by the Kostheim District Council on Thursday. Both meetings start in the evening, with Westend/Bleichstraße at 7:30 PM and Kostheim at 6:30 PM.
