The luxury micro-apartment complex Havens Living Berlin Charlottenburg was officially opened on October 23, 2024. The property, owned by International Campus Group, offers fully furnished apartments for short-term residents. It is located next to Charlottenburg Town Hall and has undergone a €130 million conversion from a historic post office.
The complex features 265 modern living spaces, ranging from 18 to 46 square meters. Rents start at €1,229 for a 'Cozy' unit and go up to €2,289 for the largest apartments. This makes it one of the most expensive housing options in Berlin's City West, with per-square-meter prices exceeding €70. The living spaces come in three sizes - 'The Cozy', 'The Standard', and 'The Spacious' - and three design styles: Zen, Tech, and Artist. Each unit includes a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and cleaning services. Shared amenities such as a lounge, communal kitchen, fitness studio, coworking space, and a rooftop terrace are also available.
The property aims for LEED Platinum certification, demonstrating a commitment to sustainability. Construction began in 2024, with the first phase completed on October 23, 2024. Half of the units are already occupied, and the second phase is set for completion on October 31, 2024.
