Made in Kuban: 82 Regional Winners Get Quality Mark, Boosting Local Business
The winners of the second stage of the Made in Kuban competition have been revealed. The event, aimed at promoting local products, saw 82 regional manufacturers receive a quality mark from an expert jury. The Detali program, which investigated the promotion of the Kuban brand, featured guests from some of the winning businesses.
Among the winners were food producers, clothing brands, cosmetics companies, furniture makers, and construction material suppliers. Each of these businesses can now access support measures provided by the competition. Svetlana Votintseva, Director of Fruity Mood, and Oleg Bagirov, Director of Kanfar, were guests on the Detali program, discussing their businesses' success and the impact of the competition on their growth.
Despite the competition's success, the Kuban brand is not actively promoted in the public eye. Most information available relates to investigations against politician Tilman Kuban rather than marketing or publicity efforts for a brand named Kuban. Tatyana Matyushenko, Deputy Head of the Trade Development Center under Krasnodar Krai’s Consumer Sector Department, also appeared on the Detali program to discuss the competition and its role in boosting regional manufacturing.
The Made in Kuban competition has successfully recognized and supported 82 regional manufacturers, providing them with access to valuable support measures. Despite the lack of active promotion for the Kuban brand, the competition continues to foster growth and quality among local businesses.
