Magadan's Yakhya Mutsgolgov Wins Regional 'Best Personnel Consultant' Contest
Yakhya Mutsgolgov, head of Susuman's Personnel Center, has triumphed in the regional 'Best Personnel Consultant' contest. He will now represent the Magadan region at the federal stage of the All-Russian professional skills competition in employment.
Mutsgolgov's victory comes after successfully passing a compliance check and scoring high in professional knowledge, video presentation, and questionnaire data. His achievements have placed the Magadan region among the top six finalists in the category.
The final stage of the competition will involve an interview to determine the winners and prize-winners. Despite the regional representative not being publicly specified, Mutsgolgov's success is a significant accomplishment for the Magadan region.
Mutsgolgov will attend the 'Job Fair' event on October 24, 2025, where he will receive a diploma for his regional stage victory. His strong performance at the federal stage could secure him the title of 'Best Personnel Consultant'.
