Magadan’s young citizens receive passports and Constitutions on Russia’s special day
A solemn ceremony took place in Magadan to mark Russia’s Constitution Day. Twenty-three schoolchildren, the young recipients, were personally handed their passports by Governor Sergei Nosov. Alongside each document, the teenagers were given a copy of the Russian Constitution. The ceremony formed part of the nationwide campaign We Are Citizens of Russia.
