Mainz to Host Benefit Concert for Ukraine on Oct 26
A benefit event, 'Mainz understands Ukraine', is set to take place on Sunday, October 26th at the Electoral Palace. The event aims to collect donations to support Ukraine, featuring music, singing, and cultural insights. Tickets are free and can be reserved online for numbered seats.
The event is organised by Lars Reichow and the Ukrainian Association Mainz e.V., with backing from the city of Mainz and Mainzplus-Citymarketing. It promises to be an engaging evening, combining entertainment with a crucial cause.
Previous events have been successful in raising funds. The first three 'Mainz understands Ukraine' benefits collected approximately 250,000 euros, which were used to support various initiatives in Ukraine. This upcoming event, the youngest in the series, is patronised by Michael Ebling, the mayor of Mainz.
