Police discovered the man slumped over the wheel of his vehicle, with loud music blaring. A breathalyzer test confirmed his blood alcohol level at 1.5 per mille. The man, who remains unnamed, claimed he had pulled over himself when officers woke him up. His Illinois drivers license was promptly confiscated by authorities.
