Man, 51, Arrested for Stealing Woman's Wallet in Chita, Russia
A 51-year-old man has been arrested for stealing a 62-year-old woman's wallet in Chita, Russia. The wallet contained 6,000 rubles and was taken from the woman after she dropped it in a store.
