Man Arrested for Aggravated Sexual Assault and Stalking
A man has been arrested for aggravated sexual assault and stalking after forcing his girlfriend into sexual intercourse and subsequently harassing her. The victim has had to change her life due to fear of further encounters.
The incident occurred during a rainstorm when the man locked his girlfriend in his car and forced her into sexual intercourse against her will. Following this, he began stalking her, sending daily messages and tracking her movements. The woman, terrified and traumatised, eventually filed a complaint with the police. The suspect, a man from India, was later identified and placed under house arrest. The victim has since had to alter her entire way of life, living in constant fear of encountering the man again or suffering further assault.
The man remains under house arrest, charged with aggravated sexual assault and stalking. The victim continues to live in fear, her life significantly altered by the traumatic events.
