Man exploits ex-classmate’s passport for fraudulent 5,000-ruble loan

A man from Biysk is suspected of a fraudulent loan scheme. The suspect, a former classmate of the victim, used her passport photo and personal details to take out a 5,000 ruble loan without her consent. The suspect is alleged to have obtained a loan using the woman's passport and personal details, possibly at a nightclub where he took a picture of her passport. The loan amount was 5,000 rubles. The suspect then transferred the loan money to a female acquaintance's card, who subsequently handed the cash to him. The victim discovered the loan only after it had been issued. The Russian government or relevant legal authorities have since decided that Russians are no longer allowed to hold more than one microcarceral detention at the same time. The suspect is accused of fraudulently obtaining a loan in her name. The loan amount was 5,000 rubles. The Russian authorities have since implemented a new rule to prevent such incidents.
