A 43-year-old man was shot in the leg near Yorckstraße and Mehringdamm in Kreuzberg early this morning. The attack happened at around 12:30 a.m., and the suspect fled the scene immediately afterwards. Police are now searching for the unknown assailant and investigating the motive.
The victim was rushed to hospital and underwent surgery for his injuries. His current condition has not been disclosed.
