Manchester Chamber's Ag Appreciation Luncheon to Feature Renowned Economist Dr. David Kohl

The Manchester Chamber is preparing for its annual Ag Appreciation Luncheon next week. The event will feature a keynote speech by Dr. David Kohl, a respected expert in agricultural economics. Organisers have set a deadline for ticket purchases on March 17th.

The luncheon takes place on Tuesday, March 24th, at the Delaware County Fairgrounds Pavilion in Manchester. Before the main event, attendees can visit the FFA Career Fair in the morning. The Chamber will also present its Friend of Ag Award during the programme.

Dr. David Kohl, Professor Emeritus at Virginia Tech, will deliver two talks: *'Thriving During Economic Chaos'* and *'Future Proofing Your Business'*. His sessions aim to help local farmers and business owners navigate financial challenges. Tickets cost £20 each and can be bought in three ways: by calling the Manchester Chamber office, visiting in person, or purchasing online at manchesteriowa.org. The Chamber has reminded the public that no sales will be accepted after the March 17th cutoff.

The event brings together agricultural professionals for networking and expert insights. With Dr. Kohl's presentations and the Friend of Ag Award ceremony, the luncheon offers both education and recognition. Those interested must secure their tickets before the deadline passes.
