Manchester Residents to Choose Between Incumbent Behnken and Council Member Dittrick
Manchester residents will head to the polls on November 4th to decide who will lead their city for the next term. Incumbent mayor Connie Behnken, who has served since 2022, is seeking re-election and will face city council member Joe Dittrick in the election.
Behnken, who succeeded longtime mayor Milt Kramer in 2022, has focused on community engagement and development during her tenure. She views her role as Manchester's ambassador rather than a voting position. If re-elected, Behnken plans to continue working on the City's comprehensive plan. Absentee voting is available for those who cannot make it to the polls on election day. In-person absentee voting is taking place at the Delaware County Auditor's Office from 8 am to 4:30 pm weekdays through November 3rd. Voters can also find their polling place by contacting the Delaware County Auditor's Office or checking online. Polls will be open on Tuesday, November 4th from 7 am to 8 pm.
The City and School Elections are fast approaching, with just two weeks left until voters cast their ballots. Connie Behnken, the incumbent mayor, is seeking re-election and has outlined her plans for Manchester's future. Voters are encouraged to make their voices heard and participate in the democratic process.
