Manheim Township to Discuss Highway Dedication in Public Meeting on November 24
Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, is set to hold a public meeting to discuss Ordinance 2025-18. This ordinance aims to accept and dedicate certain highways, including Cheltenham Court, an 816.40' long road with a 50.00' right-of-way and 34.00' cartway, located between Fruitville Pike and the limit of the cul-de-sac in Willow Bend Estates.
The proposed ordinance, presented by the solicitor Gibbel Kraybill & Hess LLP, accepts the rights-of-way and dedication of Cheltenham Court. This road, measuring 816.40' in length, has a 50.00' right-of-way and a 34.00' cartway. The public is invited to attend the meeting on Monday, November 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. to consider and discuss the ordinance.
