Masked vandals strike Berlin’s Friedrichshain in early-morning attack
An overnight act of vandalism took place in Berlin’s Friedrichshain district in the early hours of April 25th. The incident began just after 1 a.m. when a local resident alerted authorities to suspicious activity. Four to seven masked people, armed with tools, were seen damaging the building’s exterior. Upon confrontation by the resident, the group fled the scene. The vandalism left visible damage to the building, though no one was harmed. Police continue to examine evidence from the scene, including tools left behind. The motive and those behind the attack are still under investigation.
