Möhrle Happ Luther Bolsters Berlin Office with Four Prominent Partners

Möhrle Happ Luther has bolstered its Berlin office with the addition of four prominent realtors. Oliver C. Ehrmann, Jan Hellner, Manuel Nikoleyczik, and Andy Schaal, each accompanied by their teams, have joined the firm, bringing their unique expertise and expanding the office's capabilities.

Oliver Ehrmann, specialising in tax planning and transactional tax advice, particularly in media, technology, and real estate sectors, leads one of the teams. He is joined by Manuel Nikoleyczik, who focuses on advising startups, growth companies, and their investors on financing and exit transactions, further expanding the firm's venture capital practice.

Jan Hellner, an expert in real estate transactions and commercial lease law, with a focus on hotels and student housing, has joined from Dentons. Meanwhile, Andy Schaal, who advises on real estate economics law, particularly in individual and portfolio transactions, comes from Luther. Together, they aim to bring more profile to the Berlin location and foster interfaces with other teams and offices, notably in financing and digital assets.

The arrival of these four realtors, each with their distinct specialisations and teams, signals a significant strengthening of Möhrle Happ Luther's Berlin office. Their combined expertise is set to enhance the firm's service offerings and further cement its position in the market.
