Mönchengladbach hosts free lecture on peace amid rising Russia tensions
A public lecture on peace and security will take place in Mönchengladbach next week. The Rosa Luxemburg Club has organised the event to explore alternatives to military preparedness, with a focus on tensions involving Russia. Attendance is free, and everyone is welcome to join the discussion.
The talk, titled 'Russia as the Enemy or the Necessity of Peace Readiness?', will begin at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 25. It will be held at the Catholic Forum on Bettrather Straße 22, in Room 043.
The lecture offers a chance to hear from a leading voice in the peace movement. Braun’s insights will centre on reducing hostilities without escalating military action. Those interested can attend in person without charge or join the discussion remotely.
