Moscow’s Generation 2025 forum empowers young entrepreneurs with bold business strategies
Moscow's annual youth business forum, Generation 2025, gathered nearly 700 young entrepreneurs, managers, and aspiring business owners. The event, organised by the Y Club and supported by the Roscongress Foundation and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), offered insights from established Russian business leaders.
Tatiana Bakaltschuk, founder of Wildberries, stressed the importance of financial and legal literacy for entrepreneurs. She highlighted that while many small businesses survive their first year, the survival rate decreases thereafter. Mikhail Grebenyuk, founder of Anomalia, shared his experience balancing family and business, advising entrepreneurs to prioritise what matters most.
Stefan Dürr, founder and president of EkoNiva, shared innovative business ideas in the agriculture sector. He proposed dairy-based drinks and niche meats as potential growth areas. The Y Club, a community for young entrepreneurs with an average annual revenue exceeding 150 million rubles, hosted the event, providing a platform for these insights.
