MPPSC fast-tracks 255 librarian hires for Madhya Pradesh colleges
The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has expedited the hiring process for librarian roles in state-run colleges. After a written test in June, 623 applicants have now advanced to the interview stage. Admit cards for these interviews will be available from December 3, 2024.
The recruitment drive aims to fill 255 vacant librarian posts across government colleges. These include 57 general category positions, 24 for SC, 97 for ST, 56 for OBC, and 21 for EWS candidates.
The MPPSC has swiftly addressed staffing gaps in college libraries. With interviews scheduled through late December, successful candidates will soon occupy the 255 available positions. Admit cards will be issued online starting December 3, 2024.
