Mühlheim honors three veteran politicians for decades of civic dedication

The city of Mühlheim has honoured three long-serving politicians for their dedication to local governance. Mayor Dr. Alexander Krey and City Council Chair Joachim Pfister presented the honorary title of Stadtälteste to Annette Stein, Karl-Heinz Stier, and Robert Müller. Their combined service spans over five decades of municipal work.

Annette Stein, a member of the BÜRGER party, has represented Mühlheim on the city council since 2000. Her contributions have covered key decisions, from urban planning to civic traditions.

The title of Stadtälteste formally acknowledges the trio’s decades of service. Their involvement in projects like the S-Bahn and city hall planning has left a visible mark on Mühlheim. The ceremony marked the end of their active roles but celebrated their enduring contributions to the community.
