Multiplied Expands to Australia with New Sydney Office Led by Industry Veteran
New Zealand-based creative agency Multiplied is expanding into Australia with its first international office in Sydney. The move follows growing demand from clients and ongoing talks with new prospects. A seasoned industry leader will head the new branch as the agency continues its push for global growth. Founded in 2021, Multiplied was created by Tom Roydhouse, Aaron Taylor, and Troy Fuller—three professionals with over 50 years of combined experience. Their backgrounds span creative, retail, customer experience, and shopper marketing. The agency has already built a strong portfolio, working with brands like Heineken, Pernod Ricard, Kiwi Property, and Auckland Airport.
The Sydney office will be led by Alex Edwards, who joins as a partner. Edwards brings more than 25 years of expertise in brand communications, shopper marketing, and retail experiences. His career includes senior roles at agencies such as The General Store, Momentum Worldwide, and Ogilvy. Aaron Taylor, a partner at Multiplied New Zealand, described the agency's approach as a blend of creativity and commercial impact. The model focuses on strengthening brands, driving demand, and delivering measurable results. The expansion into Australia aligns with the agency's mission to support ambitious brands in achieving tangible success.
The Sydney office marks Multiplied's first step beyond New Zealand. With Edwards at the helm, the agency aims to replicate its success in a new market. No further details on additional international locations have been disclosed at this stage.
