Münster Plans Mixed-Use Development on Westfalenstrasse, Hiltrup
Münster's city administration has released drafts for the 140th change of the land use plan and building plan No. 647, which can be viewed online and at the city administration from October 20 to November 20. The 140th change is linked to the establishment of building plan No. 647, aiming to create planning conditions for new businesses and apartments on Westfalenstrasse in Hiltrup.
The city administration is responsible for the construction plan No. 647 'Hiltrup - Westfalenstrasse', making the planning documents available online and at the city administration during the specified period. Citizens can also view the documents at the customer center for planning and construction during opening hours. Statements on the planning can be submitted until November 20.
In the rear area, a residential area with two-story buildings in an open style is planned. Commercial use is planned in the ground floor along Westfalenstrasse in the first construction phase, with apartments above. The city wants to enable moderate residential densification in the area west of Westfalenstrasse, opposite the swimming hall. Further questions can be clarified by appointment.
