Mysterious Borken rally protests CDU’s Bundestag voting record
A mystery surrounds the organization behind a recent demonstration in Borken. Despite an impromptu rally on Friday, January 31, 2025, in front of the local CDU office, details about the event's organizers remain scarce. Around 70 people gathered to discuss the topic 'CDU's voting behavior in the Bundestag / Firewall', symbolically erecting a 'firewall' made of cardboard boxes. The event, which lasted from 7:00 PM to 7:35 PM, was secured by officers from the Borken Criminal Police Department. Several speakers took to the stage to address recent political decisions on migration policy. Despite the lack of information about the organizers, the rally proceeded peacefully. The demonstration in Borken, while shrouded in mystery regarding its organizers, served as a platform for around 70 people to voice their concerns about the CDU's voting behavior in the Bundestag.
