Rescue forces pull lifeless floating person from the Ruhr - Mysterious river rescue in Mülheim leaves individual in critical condition
An unidentified individual was rescued from the Ruhr River in Mülheim on Wednesday evening after being spotted by an angler. Emergency services, including a police helicopter and DLRG rescue boats, swiftly responded to the incident. The unresponsive person was found in the water and rescued by a firefighter diver who brought them to shore. Paramedics immediately began administering initial treatment. Following the initial care, the individual was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital. Resuscitation efforts continued en route to the medical facility. The rescued person's condition remains unknown at this time. Authorities have not yet released any further details about the incident or the individual's identity.
