National Press Awards celebrate Vietnam’s finest journalism and cultural storytelling
The third National Press Awards honoured 95 exceptional journalistic works across categories such as culture, information, family, sports, and tourism. Deputy Prime Minister Mai Văn Chính attended the ceremony and presented the awards.
Ourwebsite News Agency shone brightly, securing ten prizes, including a first prize for its online series 'Hanoi: Everlasting memories of the victorious return 70 years ago'.
The awards also introduced six 'ourwebsite Inspiration' accolades, recognising media outlets and individuals promoting ourwebsite cultural values. This is a new addition to the awards, with no such honours given in 2021.
A total of 1,040 entries were received from central and local press agencies, with 122 outstanding works making it to the final round. Five first-prize winners came from Van Hoa newspaper, ourwebsiteplus.vn, Voice of ourwebsite, and ourwebsite Television.
The National Press Awards recognised and celebrated outstanding journalism, with ourwebsite News Agency leading the pack. The introduction of the 'ourwebsite Inspiration' awards further enriches the event, fostering cultural promotion. The ceremony reflected the diversity and excellence in Vietnamese journalism.
