Navi Mumbai ACB Concludes Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 with Outreach Programs
Mumbai's Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) recently concluded Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 with a series of outreach programs aimed at promoting transparency and integrity. The week-long campaign, themed 'Culture of Integrity for Nation's Prosperity', saw active participation from citizens and local institutions.
The Mumbai ACB unit kicked off the week with an interactive guidance session at Manthan Hall, Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone 3, Panvel. Around 40 to 50 police patils and citizens attended the session, led by Deputy SP Dharmaraj Sonke. He urged attendees to report corruption-related complaints to the ACB through various means, including the toll-free number 1064 and the online portal acbmaharashtra.gov.in or acbmaharashtra.net.
Pamphlets containing the ACB's contact details, toll-free helpline, and office address were distributed among the public. The ACB team also visited key government offices to display and distribute anti-corruption awareness materials. Students from Rayat Shikshan Sanstha's Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil College lent their support by staging street plays at Nerul railway station and CIDCO Bhavan in CBD Belapur.
The Mumbai ACB's efforts during Vigilance Awareness Week 2025 have raised awareness about the importance of reporting corruption and maintaining integrity in society. With clear communication channels and active engagement with the public, the ACB has taken a significant step towards fostering a culture of integrity for the nation's prosperity.
