NDC Chairman Asiedu Nketiah Visits Volta Region, Promises 'Reset' and Job Creation
National Democratic Congress (NDC) National Chairman, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, visited the Volta Region to express gratitude and reaffirm the party's commitments. He met with the Awormefia of Anlo, Togbui Sri II, and assured locals of a 'reset' for the country.
Asiedu Nketiah's tour included a courtesy call on Togbui Sri II at his palace in Anloga. The Awormefia commended the visit and pledged support for national unity and development. The NDC chairman expressed thanks to the people of Anlo for their support during the last elections and promised a transparent recruitment process for security services.
Asiedu Nketiah also addressed key challenges in the Anlo constituency. MP Kwame Sefe highlighted limited access to farming inputs and job opportunities. In response, Asiedu Nketiah pledged a renewed focus on job creation, youth empowerment, and skills development, with more programmes planned for the next year. However, the candidate running for the NDC in the next parliamentary elections remains unspecified.
