The investor, Ratisbona Projektentwicklung KG, does not anticipate any oversupply issues, even with an Aldi store planned just four kilometers away in Adersheim. The Aldi store's opening is scheduled for next year, and Ratisbona Projektentwicklung KG maintains that it will not affect the Netto project in Fümelse. Spatial planning authorities have reviewed and approved the supermarket expansions based on regional supply conditions.
